Baby Cardigan – Work in Progress

Well, don’t know what I will do with this piece when I finish it. It is part of some online courses I am taking. It is not the first time I make a baby cardigan, in fact I made one very similar for my daughter. It did not turn out so well so I decided  that I need to perfect my technique, better say acquire a technique for finishing garments.

Comparing my old work with this cardigan I realized how many mistakes I had made, to name a few:

• Did not make a swatch
• Did not keep track of wrong and right sides
• Did not block
• My weaving of ends was poorly done if not barely done
